Hogwash is Alclad II’s line of weathering washes that complement its Warpigs pigment.Alclad II washes are based on artist’s oil paints diluted with high quality thinners.
 
In terms of quality, Alclad II Hogwash is pretty much in line with most branded washes available in the market, but is more affordable. It is easy to use and wipes off as easily with the use of a cotton bud.

Hogwash has a 36 hours’ drying timeIf you’re applying over an enamel, apply a barrier coat first as some artists found that it can strip the paint off, However there’s no such problem when it’s applied over acrylics.To use Hogwash to get a streaking effect on flat surfaces, pull the cotton bud in one direction.
