Buff clay is an excellent general purpose clay for schools. It is suitable for many different making techniques including; throwing, coiling and modelling.
While similar to WED clay in that they are both water based, buff clay is ideal for creating mold walls and laying up projects for molding. 
If you wish to sculpt in higher detail with longer working time you may also pick from our WED clay or Chavant range of clays.
 
It fires to both Earthenware and Stoneware temperatures. 11401 C - 1260 C
