Originally developed for use in by Disney's WED (Walter E. Disney) clay is a water-based clay with the added advantages of oil clay such as longer drying time, smooth finishing, ability to heat up areas to change working style etc. Allows for quick block outs of large projects with extended finishing times compared to conventional water based clay.
 
This clay has been specifically formulated to be a very smooth, slow drying clay for modeling. It is used primarily by design studios and the entertainment industry for modeling, design, mock-up and tooling. Not formulated to be fired.
